Home2 Suites by Hilton Lincolnshire Chicago

This hotel was clean, quiet and a very comfortable stay while our home was in repair for an insurance claim. It was the only pet friendly place we found that accepted cats. The room was huge.

Everything was good, stayed two nights. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Coffee in the lobby for guest. The only thing was the bed was super uncomfortable. Room 312 has a king bed but after the first night we just had to switch to the sofa bed. Thought about asking to switch rooms but didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving our things and then end up with the same kind of bed. Our back was so sore, I mean that bed was just too hard to sleep on. Not what you want to deal with during your stay. Other than that, the hotel was pretty good. I guess it depends on the room.

Great Home2- just fix the lobby! I've stayed here several times for business since 2022. I really like the Home2 brand with kitchens, modern rooms, and laundry/gym area. This one is in a safe area, but a bit remote and too far to walk anywhere from the hotel. Their basic housekeeping every other day works well for longer stays. My only issue is the lobby/lounge- normally where I go when I get tired of working in my room. Seems they don't want people using this area anymore? -Loud holiday music blasting from a big speaker all day (impossible to work or talk) -Coffee/hot water never refilled after breakfast -One full day with every chair up on the tables

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was good quality. Service was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with plenty of amenities. One of the important things I'll note is When my son found out he had a extra night with his liberty last minute. They were very accommodating in getting him an extra room booked.

Had come for a graduation and felt home away from home. Front desk staff welcomed us warmly and gave us clear directions to our rooms and overview of the policies. Later during our stay we had a technical itch with one of the door locks, the staffs responded promptly (I can't even keep count of the times the front desk staff came up to our room to update us and make sure we are comfortable)they even discounted one night for the inconvenience, and had already offered another room. They were also okay with our graduate staying with us for a night (which i know some hotels dont allow) I would recommend Home2 suites. They are very considerate.

Staff were great and friendly. Did have a really uncomfortable bed but nice I brought it to the staff attention they immediately placed me in a new room

Had a 4 night stay booked for Naval Graduation. Ended up staying one night because our sailor got liberty and we're somewhat local, so we just went home. Confirmed the change to one night with at least two employees. Got verbal and text confirmations of the change. Ended up still getting charged for full stay. We checked out Thur am and they thought we were still there on Sun am. Took about a week for the charges to adjust but everyone was helpful.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while! The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great! The free breakfast buffet in the morning was good and they had great coffee with GOOD coffee creamer! Not just half and half. Staff was super friendly and my room was spotless every evening when I got back.
